Music has proven to be the best way to connect with an audience worldwide. TikTok is a prime example that proves this point. Recently, a mobile developer, Alessandro Paluzzi, when dug into Instagram programming, found a clue to the feature. Paluzzi is known for spilling the beans about features before those are even released. He explained that with this new feature, Instagram users will be able to connect Spotify accounts to their Instagram accounts. In this way, through Instagram notes users can let their friends know what music they are enjoying nowadays. It seems like an integration of Spotify and Instagram which would also help in the promotion of songs as your friends will get an idea about

what music they can also jam to. However, be aware that Spotify and Meta keep working on such updates so we still aren’t sure whether it will be launched or not.
If this happens, it will not be the first time Instagram introduces such updates. It has come up with similar updates in the past as well such as Adding Music in Notes, Lyrics Addition on Reels, displaying songs on profile, and the sticker called “Add Yours Music Sticker”. No worries at all if you don’t want to share what music you are listening to! You may keep your music choice private or only share when you feel like sharing.
Below is the link of post that Alessandro Paluzzi shared recently about this new feature:

Just to let viewers know, this is not a huge update. You don’t have to adapt to new methods all over again. It is just a small update to keep Instagram users hooked and compete with applications like TikTok. The last feature Instagram offered a year ago was about sharing a 30-second song clip to Notes apart from just sharing a short message. Lately, Meta introduced a new feature that enables users to leave a note on a Reel that they have watched which will be visible to their followers, leading to exchange of opinions.
This feature is similar to the one that Spotify introduced earlier in integration with Facebook known as the community feature. It allows Facebook users to find out what playlists their friends are enjoying nowadays on Spotify.
